Acceptable Use Policy
In2ition AI, Inc.
Version: 2026-10-26
This Acceptable Use Policy (the “AUP”) applies to everyone who uses the services of In2ition AI, Inc. (“Provider”), including the in2ition.ai platform at app.in2ition.ai (the “Services”). It forms part of the agreement between Provider and its customer (“Customer”). Customer is responsible for compliance with this AUP by its Authorized Users and anyone else who uses the Services through Customer’s account. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings in that agreement.
1. Calls and Messages
Customer will not use the Services to make, send, or record any call or message:
1.1 without every consent the law requires from the Call Recipient, including prior express written consent where required for marketing calls or messages that use an artificial or prerecorded voice or an automated system;
1.2 to a number on a national, state, or internal do-not-call list, or to a person who has asked not to be contacted, unless the law permits it;
1.3 outside the calling hours or days allowed by the law of the Call Recipient’s location;
1.4 without giving every notice the law requires, including notice that the call is recorded and, where required, notice that the Call Recipient is speaking with an AI voice agent;
1.5 that recording or analysis would violate a law requiring the consent of one or all parties;
1.6 that uses a caller identity or phone number Customer is not authorized to use, or that is misleading or spoofed;
1.7 to emergency numbers, or to numbers or lines where calls are restricted by law, such as certain healthcare or emergency lines;
1.8 that is harassing, threatening, abusive, deceptive, or fraudulent, or that impersonates a real person or organization without authorization; or
1.9 that is part of a campaign Customer has not checked against applicable telemarketing, consumer protection, and debt collection laws.
2. Compliance Controls
2.1 Customer will not disable, bypass, or work around any calling-window, opt-out, do-not-call, consent, rate, or other compliance control that Provider makes available in the Services.
2.2 Those controls help Customer comply. They do not replace Customer’s own compliance program, and they do not make Provider responsible for Customer’s compliance.
2.3 Customer will keep records of consent and opt-outs as the law requires.
3. Employment and Other Decisions
3.1 Customer will not use the Services, or any Output, as the sole basis for a decision about hiring, promotion, discipline, termination, compensation, credit, insurance, housing, or another decision with a legal or similarly significant effect on an individual. A human at Customer must make those decisions.
3.2 Customer will comply with laws on the use of automated tools in employment and hiring, including any notice, consent, and assessment requirements.
3.3 Customer will not use the Services to discriminate unlawfully against any individual.
4. Restricted Data
Unless the parties have signed a separate written agreement covering the data, Customer will not submit to the Services:
4.1 protected health information;
4.2 payment card numbers or bank account credentials;
4.3 government identification numbers, such as Social Security, driver’s license, or passport numbers;
4.4 biometric identifiers used to identify an individual; or
4.5 personal data of children under 13, or of individuals Customer knows to be minors where the law requires parental consent.
5. Content and Voice
Customer will not use the Services to:
5.1 create or distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringes the rights of others;
5.2 clone or imitate the voice or likeness of a real person without that person’s consent; or
5.3 generate content intended to deceive a person about a material fact, such as a false identity or a false offer.
6. Security and Integrity
Customer will not:
6.1 access or attempt to access accounts, data, or systems it is not authorized to access;
6.2 probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services without Provider’s written permission;
6.3 introduce malware, or interfere with or disrupt the Services or other customers’ use of them;
6.4 use automated means to access the Services except through interfaces Provider provides for that purpose;
6.5 share account credentials or let more people use the Services than the Order Form allows; or
6.6 use the Services to build a competing product or to extract the models, prompts, or methods underlying the Services.
7. Enforcement
Provider may investigate suspected violations, suspend access, remove content, or terminate the Services as the agreement allows. Provider may report suspected illegal activity to the appropriate authorities and cooperate with them. Report suspected violations to legal@in2ition.ai.
8. Updates
Provider may update this AUP as its agreement with Customer allows.
